  • We do not process special categories of data (sensitive data) and do not request data from minors.

How the form works

05

Recipients

  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
  • Messages are stored in the email service The CIB uses, which acts as a data processor.
  • We may disclose data to authorities when required by law or court order.
06

International transfers

Email and hosting providers may store data on servers located outside Chile. Where this happens, we aim to work with providers that offer appropriate data-protection safeguards.

07

Retention

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it. We then delete them, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

08
